Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital in Boyarka received a corporate identity

29 March 2024

The Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital received a corporate identity from the TABASCO agency — art director Mykhailo Suslov and designer Yana Deulina.
The basis of branding is the abbreviation ODL (Regional Children’s Hospital) and the image of balloons. The hospital treats both preschoolers and adolescents, and balls are associated with carelessness, joy and ease in children of all ages and adults.

Mykhailo Suslov, art director of TABASCO:
“Parents bring their children to the hospital for not the most pleasant reasons, and the surroundings of many state medical institutions can also aggravate the emotional state of young patients and their relatives. We wanted to create a branding that will make visitors happy, give a little carelessness and help to feel: in this hospital you will definitely be helped, and you will enjoy life after your visit to ODL”.

TABASCO has developed a corporate identity for navigation, facade, uniforms of medical workers, printing for the Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital for free. Now the new site of the hospital in Boyarka is under construction.

Kateryna Savinova, director of the Kyiv Regional State Hospital:
“The whole team of the hospital liked the image of the balloons, because the variety of bright colors creates a feeling of childhood and joy. Thanks to a creative and scrupulous approach to business, the corporate identity is developed both for the hospital premises and can be traced in small details — pencils, pens. We believe that these wonderful ideas will definitely come true.”

The Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital is in financial difficulties and is now looking for investors to implement branding. The administration will be glad to any suggestions and help: [email protected], tel. (067) 972 17 65
