TABASCO created an identity for WIN Ukraine
28 March 2024The branding combines the image of a woman and the sign of nuclear energy.
The Ukrainian office of the international organization Women in Nuclear Global received an identity. WIN Ukraine unites and supports women specialists working in the nuclear field, therefore, TABASCO was faced with the task of developing a recognizable symbolism that would itself speak about the activities of the organization.
The solution came in a laconic and elegant combination of two images — a woman’s silhouette and a sign of nuclear energy. It was important to add a sign of femininity with minimal visual means and, at the same time, avoid inappropriate embellishment and frills.
Iryna Cherednichenko, Director of Communications and Development at WIN Ukraine, the Ukrainian office of the Women in Nuclear Global network:
“The product we received was a hit in the heart and depth of an idea. It turned out to be truly brilliant, because over the many years of work of numerous branches around the world of Women in Nuclear, none of our colleagues, including in Ukraine, had such an idea — although, as it turned out, it was always there. We got the main “avatar” — the face of the brand, loved by all of us at first sight. We are planning its presence in our projects and activities.”
Oleksandr Smirnov, partner and creative director of TABASCO:
“I am sincerely proud of this work. We managed to rethink the symbol of nuclear energy and find a feminine origin in it.”
The project was developed by Chief of design Svitlana Gorovenko and designer Alina Stetsenko.
